Investigation Summary
The flight departed San Fernando Airport early in the morning, bound for Trelew. The pilot was initially cleared to climb to 6,000 feet, then 8,000 feet, and eventually 10,000 feet. During the climb, the crew reported encountering icing conditions and requested a further climb to 12,000 feet to clear the cloud layer. Shortly after receiving clearance for the new altitude, the aircraft lost control and entered a spiral dive. The wreckage was located in a rural area approximately 12 kilometers from Roque Pérez. The aircraft was destroyed by impact forces. Notable passengers included the president of the Techint Group and the managing editor of the La Nación newspaper.
