Repeat infringers
We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Much of the source material referenced on BlackBoxWiki — government investigation reports (NTSB, AAIB, BEA, ATSB, TSB, JTSB), public records, and quoted excerpts — is used under fair use, fair dealing, or public-domain provisions. We will review notices in good faith.
