This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of BlackBoxWiki. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
You may not
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Post or transmit content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or invasive of privacy.
- Impersonate any person, organization, investigation agency, airline, or manufacturer.
- Fabricate or knowingly publish false information about an accident, victim, crew, or investigation.
- Infringe on intellectual-property rights or upload material you do not have rights to share.
- Expose personal data of crash victims, crew, or family members beyond what appears in official, public reports.
- Distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Interfere with the Service: denial-of-service attempts, brute-force authentication, or evading rate limits.
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Service except via clearly published interfaces and within reasonable limits. Identify your crawler in
User-Agent. - Use the Service or its content to train commercial AI/LLM models without our prior written permission.
- Resell or repackage the Service or its content without authorization.
Editorial standards for contributors
- Cite primary sources (official investigation reports) wherever possible.
- Distinguish established facts from preliminary findings or speculation.
- Write respectfully — many cases involve loss of life.
- Disclose conflicts of interest (e.g., if you work for an involved party).

To report a violation, contact contact@techbridgesoftware.com with the URL and a brief description.
Enforcement
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and take any other action we deem appropriate to enforce this AUP, including cooperation with law-enforcement requests.
